Ask your doctor about Enigmacil, and why drug manufacturers can only advertise prescription meds in the U.S. and New Zealand.
Ever since the mid-90s here in the U.S. drug manufactures have had commercials all over TV, billions of dollars worth. This week’s 52 Sellout takes aim at dubious ethics involved, all with cute animation and a dance beat!
Note: I am NOT making fun of depression or people suffering from depression, I’m trying to satirize the odd practice of direct-to-consumer advertising of prescription drugs, especially antidepressants, which, as stated above, is only allowed here in the U.S. and in the land of the Kiwi. And even though I’m mocking the marketers I think they should take a cue from this video and use rappers to spit out all of the disclaimers and fine print in their prescription ads. It would be a lot more entertaining than a narrator droning on and on.
